Real is my 3rd review for this artist and a June 20, 2013 album by Amiena, an international artist whose unique voice draws you in with its sensuality, honesty, and strength. This ten track album consists of new songs and a new sound yet the same voice that is full of emotion as found in such tracks as The Immigrant, Right Beside You, Real, We Try and so much more. Contributor is a February 1, 2015 release and my fourth review for Les Kerr, a songwriter, recording artist, and performer who brings blues, New Orleans music, Zydeco, rock, and bluegrass together to create his “Hillbilly Blues Caribbean Rock & Roll.” A Nashville resident since 1987, Kerr was born in Louisiana and raised in Mississippi. Contributor was released on the O.N.U. label and shows a different style for this amazing artist as shown with such tracks as the title track Contributor which was inspired by Nashville’s street newspaper, The Blue And White, The Gail, Ready For A Train, St. Louis Blues and so much more. For my 714th review, I am proud to present the album Tuza by rock/blues band 53 Across from New Mexico consisting of Garrett Hobson, Darrell Hall, and Eduardo Barraza, which I reviewed their work back in August of 2017 for their album Right Is Right released in November 2016 which was my 477th review. I was excited to hear this great blues album which was released September 15, 2017, and will only be available as a digital download. This amazing album was well written, performed, and recorded. Hysteria is the fourth studio album by English hard rock band Def Leppard, released on 3 August 1987 through Mercury Records and re-released as a 30th Anniversary remastered two-LP version on August 4, 2017. This remaster set includes such hits as the title track Hysteria, Pour Some Sugar On Me, Love Bites, Rocket, Armageddon It, Love Bites, Women and much more. Of all of the Def Leppard releases, this the favorite of my wife and mine. This the first of Def Leppard’s albums released after drummer Rick Allen’s accident where he lost his left arm but still created a drum style where he uses four electronic pedals for his left foot to play the pieces he used to play with his left arm. This album was well written, performed, recorded and produced. If you were to add only one Def Leppard record to your library, I would recommend this one.
For my 710th review, I am proud to present the compilation Got Soul, a collection of great R&B songs by various artists .
