Detonation is a 1987 album by Bloodgood, a Christian metal band from Seattle, Washington. This album was released on the Frontier Records label. This album has powerful vocals and great guitar riffs. My favorite songs off this ten track album are Battle Of The Flesh, Self Destruction, Eat The Flesh, and Holy Fire. This album was well written, performed and recorded. I would recommend this album that is a fan of metal music whether they are Christian or not.
Roll with It is the fifth solo studio album by English blue-eyed soul artist Steve Winwood, released on 21 June 1988 on the Virgin Records label. Winwood was a key member of The Spencer Davis Group, Traffic, Blind Faith and other bands. This album contains such great hits as the title track Roll With It, Holding On, Don’t You Know What The Night Can Do, Hearts on Fire and so much more. This album was very well written (all songs written or co written by Winwood), performed and recorded. I highly recommend this album to anyone’s record library.
Greatest Hits 1970–2002 is a career-spanning collection of the biggest hits by Elton John up to 2002. It was released 11 November 2002 on the UTV Records label. This thirty four track collection contains all the hits that you would love over the years. Whether you favorite songs are earlier hits such as Your Song, Tiny Dancer, Rocket Man, Don’t Let The Sun Go Down On Me or later hits such as I’m Still Standing, The One, Can You Feel The Love Tonight, Circle of Life and Believe it is all here. The only disappointment was that Funeral For A Friend/Love Lies Bleeding was not in this compilation. This album was very well performed, recorded and produced. I would recommend this 2 CD collection to anyone’s Elton John library.

Working Class Dog is the fifth studio album on by Australian rock musician Rick Springfield, released by RCA Records in 1981. This is my favorite of all of Rick Springfield albums. This ten track album has great songs such as Jesse’s Girl, Love is Alright Tonite, I’ve Done Everything For You, The Light Of Love, Carry Me Away and much more. There is great vocals, harmonies and guitar riffs in this work. This album was very well written, performed and recorded. I highly recommend this album to anyone’s record library.
Heart’s Desire is an album by The Loft Club, dealing in stomping, colorful, heart felt, sixties tinged tunes from Exeter, England. It was released November 2016 on the Lightyear Entertainment Records label. This band has great harmonies and a great sound. This five track EP contains such songs as the title track Heart’s Desire, Flicker, I’m Just A Man, and Sticks and Stones. This album is worth a listen. It was well written, performed and recorded. Sons of Downtown is a Nov 13, 2015 album by New York based rock band The Handful released on the True Rock Records label. This band consists of Jimi K Bones on guitars and backup vocals, Jason Mischel on bass, organ and backup vocals, Bobby Rondinelli on drums and Mark Duda who I have reviewed his solo work previously on guitars and lead vocals. This album has driving guitar riffs and powerful vocals. There are great songs on this thirteen track album such as Meet Your Maker, Book Of Lies, Gods Of War, Dead Weight, One Last Ride (with Pat Travers) and much more. All songs on this album was written or co written by Mark Duda. This album was well performed and recorded. This is definitely an add to one’s rock library.
Somewhere Down in Texas is the twenty-third studio album by American country music singer George Strait. This album was released on June 28, 2005 on the MCA Nashville Records label. George is one of my favorite country artists of all time. This is one album that I liked every single track. My favorites on this album are If This Whole World Was A Honky Tonk, She Let Herself Go, Oh What a Perfect Day, Good News Bad News, and the tile track Somewhere Down In Texas. This album was well written, performed and recorded. You need to add this album to your George Strait collection.
Tug Of War is the 7th release by blues artist Gina Sicilia to be released on June 2, 2017 on the Blue Elan Records label. Her emotionally packed voice can be seen on the very first track. Gina has written or co written most of the tracks on this eleven track album. There were great tracks on this album such as I Don’t Want To Be In Love, Damaging Me, Never Gonna End, They Never Paid Me, Tell Him and much more. She also did her rendition of The Beatles Classic All My Lovin. I need to get hold of her earlier albums. This is a great addition to ones blues library. You will be able to find this album on Amazon, Itunes and other places where CD’s are sold.
