Look What The Blues Has Done For Me by Arthur Adams

It is time for my 492nd review and working toward that big 500 mark so I am proud to announce the new release by session guitarist and soulful blues singer Arthur Adams called Look What The Blues Had Done For Me which was released on September 1, 2017 on the Cleopatra Blues Record label.  This is Arthur’s first release in 7 years and l loved this double CD collection from start to finish.  The first CD is thirteen new tracks with such great songs as the title track Look What The Blues Had Done For Me, Helpin’ Hand Man, No Refunds, Dump You, Leftover From Yesterday and much more.  Disc Two is called An Introduction To Arthur Adams which has cuts from various albums he has released since 1972.  This album is so good that I had to take this CD with me while I ran errands yesterday and I was impressed on how well this album was written, performed, recorded and produced.  If you are a big blues fan like I am, you will want to own this album.  You can purchase this album on Amazon, Itunes and everywhere else CD’s and digital downloads are sold.
