Mental Health by Quiet Riot

Metal Health is the third studio album by American heavy metal band Quiet Riot. It was released on March 11, 1983, bolstered by the No. 5 hit Cum On Feel the Noize, a song originally recorded by the glam rock group Slade and the No. 31 hit Metal Health, most commonly known as Bang Your Head which talks about the head banging culture. Also on this album is the song Thunderbird as a dedication to founding guitarist Randy Rhoads who died in a plane crash in March 1982. I recommend this album to your rock library.
