Saturday Night Fever: The Original Movie Sound Track is the soundtrack album from the November 1977 film Saturday Night Fever starring John Travolta on RSO records. This soundtrack contains songs by such artists as The Bee Gees, Walter Murphy, Yvonne Elliman, The Tramps, KC and the Sunshine Band, David Shire and much more. On This 17 track album there are many great songs such as Stayin’ Alive, Night Fever, How Deep Is Your Love, Boogie Shoes, Manhattan Skyline which is one of my favorites and much more. Along with the success of the movie, the soundtrack, composed and performed primarily by the Bee Gees, was the best-selling soundtrack album of all time (it was later surpassed by Whitney Houston’s soundtrack to The Bodyguard). This is an album that should be in anyone’s record library.
