Paper Airplane by Alison Krauss and Union Station

Paper Airplane is an album by Alison Krauss and Union Station. It was released on April 12, 2011 on the Rounder Records label and marks Krauss’s fourteenth album and her first release with Union Station since Lonely Runs Both Ways in 2004. Her voice is still strong and Union Station is still as enjoyable to listen to.  This album contains two covers of songs originally recorded by Jackson Browne My Opening Farewell and Dimming of the Day.  My favorite cuts off this 11 track album are Lie Awake, My Love Follows You Where You Go, and Miles To Go. This album was very well written, recorded and performed.  I highly recommend this album to anyone’s bluegrass collection.
