Brass Attitude is the 60th Studio album by Canadian jazz musician, trumpeter and bandleader Maynard Ferguson released in October 1998 on Concord Records. I am not normally a fan of Jazz, but Maynard is an exception. I like how he makes a song his own and his ability to play expressively and accurately in a remarkably high register. My favorite cuts off this 9 track album are Waltz for Nicole, Milk of the Moon, Eric and Sandra, and Caruso. This album was very well written, performed and recorded. I would recommend this album to anyone’s jazz library.
